Lol i have no idea whats true or false anymore. According to this article the government will start putting chips in our phones and send us messages in case of an emergency. It also says, we can not opt out of it and they claim "they aren't tracking us".

I don't see any problem with this. They say that almost none of it is analyzed, and it is only looked at if it contains keywords like bomb or jihad.
