I remember in the Rugrats, in the Episode 'Angelica's Worst Nightmare', she had the nightmare about her parents having another baby, and the fucking thing was this deformed, huge baby with lips like a nig, who had a man's voice. I don't know if it made any appearances in any other episodes, but that thing scared the hell out of me when I was younger.

The remake of The Haunting; the first horror film I recall seeing at 12 or 13. I had trouble sleeping that night.
Redead from LoZ. Absolutely terrified me.

I would think the miniboss from the Shadow Temple and the Bottom of the Well from Ocarina of Time would be worse.

I always feared being stalked by things that go bump in the night. Coincidentally I am stalked by things that go bump in the night. Its hard to find a place to hide from them every night.

Are You Afraid Of The Dark used to have some really fucking creepy episodes.
This one used to scare me the most. Or just go to the second part about 3.45 when the girl enters the haunted room.
I was 3 or 4 when I saw this. I literally had to bring a blanket and hide under it before I watched one of my old Nick VHS tapes. It was on pretty much EVERY VHS tape I rented, too.
Meteors, ants, hyenas, and crocodiles. I was scared that meteors would destroy all of humanity, ants would swarm around people and rip them to shreds, hyenas would gobble me up in the dark, and crocodiles would ambush me from the floorboards.
This was all due to educational programming.
I remember there being a trailer for chucky that began being peaceful. It didn't end too well.

I was scared of the movie "The mask", couldn´t finish watching it, because of fear.

This roger rabbit scene was oneof the scariest shit I've ever seen.
Other creepy scenes:
Gremlins, when Stripe dives into the fountain and melts being exposed to light.
I think I also was scared of the monster in Howard the Duck.

I remember that episode. It didn't freak me out TOO much when I was a kid, but now that I remember it, that thing was fucking scary!
The Slender Man. I heard stories of him as a kid, and had trouble sleeping for a week.
Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.
And I once saw a movie with a werewolf, I was scared for weeks after seeing this evil monster.

the gasmask zombie episode from doctor who gave me nightmares
dead cockroaches. it is disgusting to see all their intestines coming out their bodies because someone had stepped on them. i always watched my steps at night.
height and any g-force exerted on me that is not equal to 1.0G scared me as a child. almost lost my stomach when i took a 360 degree roller coaster ride for the first time.
I am just a random user from a set of measure zero and thus am negligible. Or to put it another way, a worthless piece of shit.
When I was three or four there was a TV advert for Uncle Ben's Rice, and whenever the ad came on I would hide behind the couch because there was a bit at the end which terrified me: The portrait of him moved (I think he smiled or something)
Yeah I don't know why but it freaked me out.
Also I made all my Lego men have their arms sticking straight forwards or upwards; I thought something horrible would happen to me if I put their arms by their sides.
If you've seen the movie you know what I'm talking about.
when I first got to the end of soul blade, Cervantes' transformation gave me nightmares for weeks.
I was only about 7 or 8 at the time.

They had a lot of creepy characters that fucked me over :(
I remeber that show. It scared me too. My older bro used to make me watch it before Ren& Stimpy came on.
I actually had a nightmare when I was playing Pokémon for the first time.
I put a nail in my foot, some guy played a prank on me and said I was going to die of tetnus in 3 days and that if I told anybody that I was dieing or had hurt myself on the nail then I would die instantly. I was scared shitless for the next 5 days before I realised it just wasnt happening.
If in doubt then set it on fire because fire is A if not THE answer and solution to absolutely everything.
