I have an animation that I want to upload to the portal, but its 12.8MB and the limit is 10MB. Can anyone tell me how to make the .swf smaller?

Is your audio set to stream? Is your export audio quality too high? Try adjusting these things.

Audio quality is the big one. There isn't much of a difference between 22kHz and 44kHz other than two minutes of load time. You seriously can hardly tell the difference.
