In your opinion what's the most gory, disturbed, violent game ever made. I'm going with either soldier of fortune 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ROCOdsttI LI or any of the mortal kombat games.

Manhunt(s), Postal 2 (pissing on people and burning them alive), GTA (buying a hooker, killing said hooker, rinse and repeat.
Sickening as in good though.

Postal 2, sticking a gun up a cats arse would qualify as "bat-shit insane" and not the good kind.

It's impossible to use the bathroom in Denton's house, as not even his toilet paper takes shit from anyone.

I think you mean the BEST kind.

Thrill Kill for ps1 was banned in the US for being too gory and violent. It's really not all that bad though, and today it would pass easily.

I'd be inclined to say Fatal Frame. That game was good while when it came down to it was pretty sickening. There are far worse ones out there for sickening but they are mostly so caught up in trying to make the most sickening thing they can that it looses any real gameplay value and just becomes lame.

*State of Emergency (ability to "juice" somebody's head?!)
*GoldenEye 64 (there's at least one enemy death animation that actually made me shed tears)
*Diablo (blood and gore everywhere, even if you weren't the cause of it)
*some racing game I remember playing/seeing on the Amiga, taking place in a desert with pyramids at the end. (DON'T CRASH! or else be greeted with a grotesquely detailed 2D laughing skull animation screen, with perhaps one of the eeriest sounding laughs of its time; a haunt to this day)
*Boppin' (not necessarily the game itself, but rather the animation logo of the company that made it, Accursed Toys (note: there is a bright kid-friendly "safe" version they made of the logo screen as well). Didn't look at my closet [or bed] quite the same way for some time...).
To top it off, looking back I think my most favorite game of all time, may actually be worth mentioning; none other than Crusader: No Remorse. There were just as many ways to kill and die in that game (in some pretty graphic ways too) as there were weapon modes on Zorg's ZF-1 gun (if not more)! Torched, bombed, crushed, as well as just plain old shot with blood flowing out the body to the floor.

The new Splatterhouse has more blood and guts than I've seen in pretty much every other game put together. And how many games have finishers where you fistfuck a demon and put his entrails back out through his bumhole? Any questions?

In Australia. Everytime you get a good game, such as MK9 or L4D2, it is horribly butchered for us or even worse, FUCKING banned.

For me it would probably be Postal 2. I downloaded it ages ago to see what all the fuss was about. It was fun for a bit but got old fast.

You sir were kept inside too much. You're parents must be very constricting. I picked up both MK and Soldier Of Fortune and though good games, never saw why parents were so protective about them.
My votes are the orginal Manhunt, Postal 2: Share The Pain and Condemned: Criminal Origins.
