Yes, we will see how it all turns out now. You probably do know who I am, but ,me and jony have come to an agreement of this competition : ignore eachother. Alright, all about to say about that...

Now that I have a username what I found could go well with my personality, I am sorry I have to move over from "My robot sketches."

bla bla I have decided to make some anime too. I\ve akways been a huge outsider so with the help of that, I want to make as original pieces possible.

This is WAY sketchy, I think you need to work on cleaning up your lines before you post the pieces it's almost impossible to tell what the first piece is....

Hmmm... yes. Not really the first time being told so, but Ive never done anything about it. Taking a look at my old drawings also validates what you said.

I will spend an extra 1-2 hours cleaning it up. There's something inside there in my head that really loves sketchiness, but its burrowed way too low to pick it up. Probably because I am a lazy fuck.

Sketchiness is difficult to do well, you need the knowledge to back it up or it just looks rough and unfinished instead of sketchy, even more so with digital.

I don't think it would take 2 hours to clean up those lines, just be more steady when you first start drawing and it wouldn't take that long.

Got myself to rework the last piece I submitted heret. Hope its not too sketchy this time, but I definitely tried to make it more pleasamt tp view at.

I have noooo idea, in fact. The result came out completely randomly, butI thought it looked cool, so now its my personal wallpaper.

Using GIMP and still loving it, although Ive hit the very next wall. I would love some help now though, and you will be greatly rewarded with appreciation and respect.

You know, when you draw a shape with one of these brushes blurred out, I am not so pleasant about them, so soon I may go back to MS Paint again. And I know I can use pencile tool, but I don't like it.
How do I just make it look nice by overwriting any blurriness, with a little splah of digital color with the bucket tool.

It was intentionally posted to share my art to the people on newgrounds. And yes, I was aware this isn't good, rather sketchy sketchy thunderstorm. But oi, you make it sound as if my art is not allowed here, but that may just be my misinterpretion.

Insults are welcome, I do not discriminate, but I rather want people to spot the wrongs and point that out to me. Good example is XwaynecoltX who reminded me of sketchysketchy. You said its ugly.... but you coulda said sketchy (just assuming youre referencing the sketchy) Each to their own, I guess, but remember that I\d hiiiighly would appreciate decent comments, as in constructive.

honesty is part of a good critique. i told you how i felt and suggested you try using paper & pencil. you can't display your work, leave it open to critique and then start telling people rules for how to critique... like what words to use? c'mon man.

So I should give up digital art and go on to something new now? Or did you mean that if I start doing it pen and paper, I\ll get cleaner results? Trillion thanks man, but I am staying with digital art for a while as I find it easier to reach results I wanted. I\ll remember though, If I ever get serious about
art, then I will buy a tablet pc or a sketchbook + penciles and do it like a real hobbyist.

All extremely bizarre comments and reactions on your part aside, I agree with Thread. You can't just post art on here and forbid people from leaving negative comments. You have to take the bad in with the good, there won't be one without the other. Getting all offended about bad reviews is no way to go, either. Take it as a challenge improve yourself, prove that person wrong-- it's benificial to you.
That being said, what I think Thread meant by using a paper and pencil is to show us some traditional hand-drawn art-- something you didn't murder with the MS Paint brush tool.
Not to mention there seems to be another drawing beneath the two robots you posted, its the same in both pictures which kind of has me wondering if you didn't just use someone else's picture and doodled some crap lines over it... Any chance of showing us the picture that was beneath the two robots you posted? That one looked like it had clean lines, assuming it was yours.

The third robot you posted didn't look anything like the second one, despite you saying it was supposed to be a "cleaned" version. I'm just getting this really weird vibe from you. I don't think any of this art is actually yours.

Oh, thank you about that me having issues thing. I like to stand out like black in white. The cosplay was performed solely with toilet paper. nothing else. Diaper sounds like a good idea, though.

Jokes aside, I am surprised by the reaction from you because of my ignorance. But thinking about it, I take the truth that it may be a good idea to draw some things pen and paper. I am just too spoilt by digital arts and have not been bothered with classic art since a long time ago. Well, sometimes, but hardly any. I don't know really if I should feel bad about myself for sticking with digital art. Maybe I should just give up art alltogether if I cant be arsed with penpaper...

Go draw things that you see in life, your hand, a lamp on your desk, do some still life's or something, and don't just recolor old art, make some new stuff. You don't have to have good ideas to make good art, just draw from life.

It is boring, but observational drawing is the foundation of drawing. Regardless of whatever style that you decide you want to draw/paint/sculpt/whatever in, the skills you learn through practicing observational drawing are invaluable.

Sorry for doubles, but please review my yoshi with only 2 legs. I spent a lot of effort on that one trying to make it look proportional from that angle.
