Voice acting

Looking to be a respectable voice actor for others animations however. i need a good audio recording device/program. Looking for some advice as to what would be good without going all out on price. as for right now all i have is a microphone installed on my laptop and sound recorder that comes basic whenever you buy a windows based computer. Thx

People from the audio forums would aid you better :D If you want something free, you could try Audacity or Wavepad. They're both good (enough) for recording and editing. Also, look into GoldWave and Mixcraft. I've heard that those programs are good, I'm not sure about their price though.
But I suggest that you buy a better microphone because the quality DEPENDS on the microphone heavily.

yea I have Audacity and that works wonders for me. I highly recommend it!!
