What makes the Irish so lucky? Theirs a saying I once heard and I forget where, but it goes something like "Whoever came up with the saying 'luck of the Irish' never heard of the potato famine".
I just dont think the Irish should be considered so lucky. They have always been opressed and killed throughout history. It's like saying "the luck of the native-americans"
