Just for the record, the reason you feel like she is you when you look at her is because what you see when you look at her is a part of you, it's a projection from your unconscious, most likely your "Anima".
I'm not here to say fucking your cousin is wrong (how in the hell should i know if it is) but if you do get emotionally involved with her you're not likely to have anything more than tragedy. Let's say you do fuck her, well then what? You're not likely to be in a long term relationship with her, you will probably either have an awkward rift between you 2, destroying the relationship you have currently. Or let's say you fuck her, get in a relationship with her but what happens when it ends? do you both happily go your separate ways?
