Program for create art?

Its this really awesome tool that was invented a couple years ago. It's kind of a two part thing that you have to get a second component to, but they are both really simple to acquire.
It's called Pencil and Paper.
It's an excellent starter tool. It's portable, easy to maintain, requires no wires or external power sources either.

Or you can try this list of alternatives. They aren't as cool as pencil and paper, but they do the trick

Agreed. You can also get some paint, an art book,all of that good stuff. Most of them are cheaper than other programs out there.

In the long run, a tablet and photoshop (even if you actually buy it) will be a lot less than all the art supplies you'd ever use.

But for little side projects every now and then, yeah just get a sketchbook or something.
