Let's say there isn't a God. Does absolute evil exist? What about absolute good? I think that evil is a point of view. It may come from someone's moral stand point or possibly a genetic makeup. What are your thoughts?
I don't know if a person could be truly evil, Maybe disturbed. But not evil.
evil is conventional.
Something you see evil might be a blessing to other person.

Good and evil is a mere creation of man. Man is a beast of intelligence that banded together with its members to create a civilization. Man, in each of his own tribe, created rules to follow. These rules were put in place to keep order and help the tribe grow. Those who broke it were punished and look at as "evil."
Good and evil is merely a way to help man's tribe to flourish and help man survive.
Because Hitler/Stalin/Mao were totally on the good side.

Wow, the irony is so rich here it is unbelievable. The definition of evil is that which goes against the will of God. The fact you believe there isn't God is proof that YOU are evil. How can evil believe that it doesn't exist? LOL!

Nor evil or good depend on opinion, as I said before they are simply parts of life that we cope with daily.
Right/wrong. Evil and good do rely on opinion, they are just names we give to said situations we live through. Some people might call one experience evil and another good.
And I'm sure to a certain extent Eva thought that Adolf had gone insane, although you yourself cannot determine that because you did not give any supporting evidence and you don't have any anyway.

Evil exists but not as an entity or force but as a moralistic, sympathetic and empathetic outlook that has been harwired into our subconscious. We recognise an act of evil as being what we would not want to happen to us such as being robbed, raped, beaten up or killed simpley because they are unpleasant to us, we can all empathize with others and sympathize with others and since we wouldnt want any evil act happening to us we can emphasize with others and understand what it would be like for them and we symphasize with others because we know what it must be like for them and understand that it is unpleasant and so our morals are formed because we all know that if nobody commits acts of evil then nobody will have acts of evil commited against them and we all live in harmonious balance by following these morals.
If in doubt then set it on fire because fire is A if not THE answer and solution to absolutely everything.

i dont think nature can be evil or good. like viruses, parasites, sharks, etc...those are all bad. but i wouldnt call them evil. they are all driven by instinct. Humans are the only species who can question instinct.

There is no right or wrong, good or evil. It's just someones opinion. All the movies make the villains to be complete maniacs that want to blow up the Earth for no reason. When somebody really evil comes, they'll probably have a reason.
