Also, I bet OP's fat.

That's not nice. It's offensive, too, since I weigh 9 stone and should weigh 8. Did you seriously think I would coe up with some stupid defense? (And it's not nice being obese. I think you're just being mean.)

That comic is cute and you captured Courtney's habit of patting Kate on the head. I love your art style.

Some useful terms:
"Willing suspension of disbelief"
Fiction is, generally, fictious. (Sorry for Cpt.Obvious) We don't believe it. We don't care about it. Unless, author makes us do so. For example, have you never wondered about, lessay, construction of horror movies? This is generally one hour :
-Group of teens decide to go on vacation by lake.
-We meet all of them as they discuss actual trip
-They go on a trip
-So far everything is fine, but atmosphere of alienation is slowly being built.
THEN, second hour:
-First person is missing
>>>this is usually check if trick worked. If buildup was made wrong, viewers smile,
waiting for slaughter to begin. If it was done RIGHT, though, they just don't freakin' care. They obviously KNOW he's dead, but they don't care and are still scared.
-Body is found (from now on, buildup is finally over, and film *runs* on Suspension of Disbelief.
If it fails, fim is only getting ridiculous.
/CUT/
And that's what happened here. Characteristics of characters? They are in love. THEN we get to know etc, etc. It may be understandable, lessay, if story would be about strangers who meet *accidentally*. In story about friends? Seems absurd. To point where I wonder if I'm not just making fool of myself, in case this is actual parody (no offense meant. Really.)
We should KNOW both characters before, too make it believable. Now?
It is unbelievable. (not *AWESOME*way.)
Note that I'm not trying to poke fun on you, in any way.
It is not your fault that you became local meme, it happens often with works of newbies on internet,
so don' worry.
Watermark is bad idea, though.
About MS Paint: I suggest downloading Gimp then. It's free.
About pic above: Fifty-50, isn't it spam?
...Unless this is Courtney? :O
I won't say anything about Aigis' page, as it has it's own Art submission.

Naaahhh, just piece of advice.
Alright, BIG piece. ;)

And I can't help it (i tried hard, really):
ENDING:
EPIC POLICE BRAWL SCENE!
(Kate easily knocks out policeman)
SWAT TEAMS SURROUND HOUSE!
THEY STORM IN...
FINAL SCENE:
Kate:"Evil... Officer... ?"
Gary Oldman: *nod*
Kate:"This... is... from... Courtney..."
Gary Oldman: "Oh crap - wait is this rosary?"

Sorry I wrote above. Story isn't bad or what. It just would require... Rethinking.
I really tried to help myself but my Inside Sarcastic Mean Bitch kicked in, so I was helpless.
Really.

In the hope of helping you out, I made a horrible, little picture thing. Sorry the art sucks, I tried to do it in MS paint for reasons that I'll never be able to explain. Horrible shading is horrible OTL
But really, the story could use a few changes. It really doesn't make sense that they're 10. 10 year olds, despite what you seem to think, do not have romantic relationships. They have relationships, sure, but they're just cutesy, little dates about 99.99% of the time. I've certainly never seen a 10 year old seriously questioning their sexuality before. In my opinion, they should be at least 15. Also, it would help if you organized your panels more clearly.
You should work on your anatomy as well if you are seriously thinking about getting this comic published. I'm not one to be giving tips on anatomy, though. You should also consider saving for either a tablet or a scanner, because it is extremely difficult to make art look good when you're working with a mouse, especially when you're using MS paint!
I mean no disrespect in any way, shape or form, just thought I'd try and give you some tips. :D

At least everyone can work on it like a community project like Vonschlippe said. Something so horrible made the forum work hand by hand to parody it.

Lol. Vote this for best Ms-Paint Lesbian Comic of the year.

How much do you intend to sell this comic book for? If these characters are a bunch of underage lesbians experimenting, you will get in trouble by a few readers, if not the publishers. They may then block your requests of publishing.

These pages seem to take you a few minutes to do. Some comic artists take weeks just on the one page.

Black and white also seems out of date as the current age enjoys realistic graphics. I recommend go back and focus on one page at a time, or take another look at fifty's parody page.

Lesbian children, poor graphics, basic writing and poor display will not take you far. Everyone can do well if they take their time, so I suggest you do the same.

If you wish to have a graphic novel sold, my minor advice will help.

Haven't you met any ten year olds? When I was ten, I was questioning myself as to whether I was bi or les or straight all the time. It's normal, and so is it to have a romantic relationship (personal experience)

I have a tip if you want to make the outline less rough. Use the curve tool

I only really started pondering about sex when I was 14-15, I knew what sex was before ofcourse, but never really thought about it. Maybe I'm just an exception, but really? Ten years old? In what kind of environment did you grow up?

Not sex itself, but who I was attracted to, girls, boys, or both.

Well, maybe it happens to girls earlier (you're a girl right? If you're a guy, there would've been a lot of porn in the comic already, I reckon), but it still strikes me as really weird to actually go on dates when you're not even 12..

Yes, of course I've met 10 year olds. I've been 10 before. When I was 10, I think only 1 person in my grade actually went on a date. Once. I hate to repeat myself, but I don't know what kind of 10 year olds you're hanging out with. I mean, most people in my grade still thought everyone had cooties, so you must have been an odd 10 year old (no offense).
By the way, I'm well aware of the curve tool. It looks even worse when I use that, as I'm not exactly a pro at MS Paint. I was using my tablet, and my tablet only really works on there when I make it one continuous line. I really recommend you get Gimp or Sai.
Did you listen to any of the advice I had included in the picture? Or the things I posted about anatomy, panel structure, etc?

Response to My Comic Book 2011-04-24 13:47:28

If you haven't noticed, neither is she. I don't think you should listen to advice given from someone who doesn't have a clue how to use the program. :P

Oh, believe me, I noticed. I just didn't want to be rude, but I don't actually care now because it's obvious she won't listen to any sort of advice. I have Sai, so I couldn't care less if I'm horrible using MS Paint.

The only good part about this thread is everything but this thread. I find that hilarious.

The parodies everyone's posted are, indeed, epic. :D
