Drinking soda never tasted so goood.
The rads don't help though.
Even tough I don't have the game yet I like Motorstorm Apocalypse's currency of poker chips. It looks like a good currency for a game.
Military grade bullets off Metro 2033, as opposed to dirty rounds you buy shit with them but they can also load them up and do some serious killing with them.

I'd have to agree there.
I do love my gald.
right....-walks to store- hmmmm......-grabs a 12 pack of nuka cola-.....lalalalala-pays and drinks 12 pack-
=D i have 12 dollars!!!
I liked the Drebin Points from Metal Gear Solid 4. You could exchange them for weapon upgrades and monkey sounds. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me...
I'd say Gold Piece's from Secret Of Mana, Gil From the Final Fantasy 7, Poke Dollars.
Because you can only hold up to P999,999
And a bike costs P1,000,000

as more me, im just gonna have to say gold coins. always were the best in my mind
Yeah, I think its Indian.
Gold from Diablo (the original). 5,000 gold per pile. So towards the end of the game you have about 15 piles of them near your town portal :P
Ill probably think of something better after I hit reply and think "shit!", but the best that comes to mind right now are the Legionares / Denarius or something like that from the Fallout 3 New Vegas game
Always loved those! Each one is worth almost 5 bottlecaps, if I remember correctly.
I started out with nothing and still have most of it!
My favorites currency is PTAS. IDK why, but I like it when the merchant says "What'ya buyin, stranguh?"

Believe in yourself. Not in you, who believes in me. Not in me, who believes in you. But believe in you, who believes in yourself!!!

Drinking soda = profit!
WHERE DO THEY GET HELD?
Same place you stashed your Jet and Mentats to get through Raven Rock security...
Your opinion is wrong.
Current favourite thread.
I'm gonna have to say Rupees from The Legend of Zelda series.
I would say Bells from "Animal Crossing" but ever since City Folk ruined it for me by showing me that the currency Bells are nothing more than coins with stars on them that just killed the mystery and creativity to it.
reptar tickets from Rugrats in Paris on playstation
A STRONG, PROUD, INDEPENDENT BLACK WOMAN WHO DON'T NEED NO MAN
This seemed like a really stupid question at first but it's actually quite interesting.
I don't understand how people suggested Gil, it's just a number, there's no frame of reference for it.
Bottle caps on the other hand, I notice loads of people have also suggested them, are quite clever. Currency is a staple of modern civilization and it makes sense that an attempt to rebuild would involve the creation of a new economy. Bottle caps would be fairly common but also hard to replicate given the current situation. It's really quitle clever.
I also like septims from the elder scrolls series. I like how they function like real coins. They have the face of the emporor and what not - But why do the locals just keep them lying around in crates and barrels outside their homes?
High level runes from diablo 2.
Seriously, while gold may have been the currency with the NPC's..........HLR's on the other hand were much rarer and more valuable. The entire online community was based on HLR's
You could throw them in sockets on weapons and make rune word combinations which created really fucking badass weapons that absolutely destroyed anyone wanting to pick a fight with you.
The things were so fucking rare, that professional "boss runners" (god-like players whose only mission was to kill the bosses over and over and as fast as possible to collect the loot) came about, and started selling the HLR's for real life money through websites.
That, and pylons. YOU MUST CONSTRUCT ADDITIONAL PYLONS.
Star Wars Galaxies credits. I use to be loaded until I gave millions of credits to the less fortunate. I guess you could say I was a bit of a hero.
I loved how they turned the dollar Rupee into actual rupee's in Zelda. Pretty cool. And I still love Poke Dollars.
