I have a static logo and I need an animation based on it that will be showed when the game starts.

Notice I'm a small developer, I can pay well, but not too high.

What sort of deadline did you have in mind?

Something like 1~2 weeks. no Urgency.
It's just a short animation of 4~6 seconds.
