How I think mods are made.

I think to be a mod, your are born a mod. Also to be a mod requires a these things:

-A very cool mysterious name like darkwind, antimatter, intergracial, or maybe bigload
(Note intergracial is a word I made up to sound completly awsm)

-When your a mod you can no longer post funny pictures of cats, say the word PWNED!!!!1!!!, or even make the slightest funny remark.

-You may only post on subjects you will ban, or else you will cause an uprising. Like when you post its to say Quote: llnickevelyll- Like my newgrounds photoshop picture I was working on ll night.

Mod- Thats not appropriate.

-You must have submitted something, just because you do. There is not a singlemod who has not submitted.

THIS LAST ONE IS A MUST

-YOU MUST have a totally badass level picture like a a bunch of nija stars or a sickle. And must be above level 22. Its a must! (Also you can no longer use the fab symbol it is forbidden)

So all you mods, prove me wrong, you may get me onthe submittion thing but we all know you have a badass level picture, yes we are all jealous of your picture.

Also if this thread is locked its because its about mods, they don't likeme letting out their secrets. I bet this thread will be locked and most likly deleted and burned because "they don't want you to know"

The only requirement that I can see is that you need to spend ALL of your spare time on newgrounds (No girlfriends) you need an undeserved sense of power and act like you mean anything in the real world. And when the admins drink enough beer they occasionally recruit a generally nice person.
