A Fair mix, but they are Ska. The only 'mainstream' bands who ever did ska that I can think of are UB40 and Madness, so if you ever liked their stuff, then it's worth a listen.

And Final Fantasy XII is to come out in May 2006 for Europe and I bet it will get delayed yet again. It should've come out this year!

I sure gotta love alts as well!
Good thing I let my alt have my main account as a favourite author. The users with me as their fav list was very useful there. :D
It was suggested that I join here...
This lounge has always confused me, but I generally havn't read more than a page so I guess I'll have to get used to it.
May I join?

Hehe, it is like that in the begining (It was like that for me), but then you start to know what it is all about. ;-)
May I join?
Yes! =)
By the way, so you are back now? And in that case, this might intrest you. Whether you wanna be a judge or contribute with a poem or two. ;-)
It sounds interesting Andersson, if only I wasn't swamped with end of term work for college.
WIth limited time, I'd like to judge, I think.
I may actually have someone else look at them to help me in my decision... I don't have time to write my own, but the person I'd ask is a poet I know from school... who know maybe she will enter her own work... anyway thanks for welcoming me into this lounge.

Oh yeah! Mo-town is always good. I love the smooth music it has with great melody. The Temptations are the best out of it.
Music huh?
Fastball
Safri Duo
Smash Mouth
Eagles
Queen
Beatles
Instrumentals (ie movie sound tracks based on orchestras)

Bunch of techno stuff, some from the ng protal, BOUNC3's Paradice on E[Final?] for instance
I'm also a big fan of the OCRemixes
I'm really all over the place, and I'm one of the few on ng who doesn't think lincoln park is so bad, (when they aren't screaming throughout the entire song, breaking the habbit and numb being the best two of their's in my opinion)
I just like music in general

Hell yeah. Damn, I thought I was the only person that listened to them at this day and age. True old school, that is Rock, mixed with Soul.

The one true country song I can say I listen to is "ghost riders in the sky"

That's bluegrass. If you watch the Bluse Brothers, you'll find the easiest song to sing along to from the contry genre is 'Stand By Your Man', even if you are a bass singer.

Hehe, it is both a little chat room thingy aswell as a writers' and poets' club just sharing stories and poems. ;-)
I would like to join even though I dont write poems and stories hmm do I have to write stories. Plus who posts here only when its night time. Its dark out here so that counts
Yeah, sure join. And no you don't have to write poems or anything. Just join and have a fun time with the other night owls. =)

This place is definately more chatty than the Writer's Guild, but they both seem to serve similar purposes.
Not that I'm complaining

Blues Brothers music is the 1337 shit! ^_^
M- Yeah I love mo-town. My dad raised me to like all the old music and analize the new. I agree with him that most new music is crap, but there is a lot of good stuff today. Sometimes we would watch The Ed Sulivan show and see old singers at there best. Music rocks!

Indeed it is. Have you seen the sequel? The plot isn't as good, but the music is still great, plus Jon Goodman can really belt them out.
