So I recently contacted a computer virus, I was able to remove the virus and delete the infected files but for whatever reason the launch program still wants to launch the program whenever I log on to my computer (of course because the virus is removed its not able to launch and thus gives me an error message, now why a virus would tell me that it can't find itself is beyond me) I have taken a screenshot which is provided at the bottom of this post (with my user name blotted out). I realize that this is a new virus but any help or insite as to why this is happening would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
And I realize that this Newgrounds and that you users are probably just gonna be dicks and make fun of me and I deserve it, so I'm not asking you to NOT be dicks (although I'd prefer you don't be one) but all I ask is that if you're gonna be a dick, at least be funny about it.

Run > MsConfig > Startup > [Virus/fishy program.exe]
Look there, it's the list of programs set to start when you log on.

I had this same problem long ago. Whenever i would turn on my computer 3 of those error messages came up. I was scared but didn't know what to do and my computer worked absolutely fine so i assumed it wasn't anything big. Years later my computer crashed terribly and i had to get a whole new hard drive, If it was because of that error i don't know, however i don't have the problem anymore.

Turn off your computer make sure it powers down. Drop it in a 43 foot hole in the ground. Burry it completely rocks & boulders should be fine. Then burn all the clothes you may have worn anytime you wer onliiiiiine!
Virus alert! Delete immedietly before someone gets hurt!

It might be because it was designed not to just augment itself to your computer and fuck it up but because it was also designed to implement itself as apart of the operating systems fundamental base of coding; thus the reason why it prompts you that it can't find said file when you start up, because it somehow relied on the virus to perform a specific function.

Well I was asking where to find the run program but I was able to find it today after getting advice from the user "Dean" so I was able to remove the damn thing. Thanks to you as well because you gave me similar advice! Thank you.
