Yeah, but look at India or America. India is fully lit, and so is the US, except not so much in the Utah-Montanish area because that doesn't have very many people. But really- with the small amount of electricity in China at the moment, it couldn't outrun the U.S. in 20 years, I almost guarantee you. With the knowledge the people have access to in America as opposed to China, I feel like that making the people have more influence on the government rather than ruling without freedom of speech actually helps the government and the military. However, that's just me. Like Cootie said, the average American makes far more than the average Chinese person does. Unless China gets a large change of government in the next ten years or so, personally, I don't view China as a huge threat to us right now.
