Stoner Comedy Series?

I know this sounds a bit to much, since i only have 2 posts or whatever, and this is a new account.
But I think it would be cool to make a stoner comedy animation series.
2 main characters, that smoke weed. come across all sorts of crazy problems while high. Animation can be stick figures, but decently detailed.

An Episode plot: Library Bounty Hunters
Main character 1 forgets to return a library book, now the government has hired dog the bounty hunter to go after him. But he thinks the bounty hunter is after him for a different reason since he was high. Main character 2 is his best friend that always seems to get caught up in Main character 1's crazy problems.

An Episode plot: Myth Busted?
Main character 1 and 2 meet the guys from mythbusters. But after a few joints adam and jamie (from mythbusters) have an alarming confession to make about a myth they pretended to bust, but it was actually real. as main character 1 and 2 try to convince adam and jamie to come clean and tell the public the truth, the CIA finds out and tries to stop them.

Ive got plenty more ideas for episode plots, I can probably come up with some pretty funny ideas for the script and stuff. I can write and voice act, so im looking for more voice actors and an animator willing to take on this kind of task and maybe another writer to help out.

Sounds pretty generic to be honest. I mean, the stories you provided could be in relation to somebody who wasn't high, so it sounds like you're going to try and base all your humor around the fact that the guys are high, which I can imagine will get annoying after a while.

For a single episode, it'll be fine, but if you keep making episodes with no real humor other than the fact that their high, it'll get repetitive.

Well, I think a stoner comedy always needs at least 5 people to be in it. Two main characters and two alternating side characters that aren't quite as good friends as the first two and then one side character that rarely shows up.

Much like Tommorow's Nobodies set-up.

HOWEVER, I myself smoke and would like to see this made, so if you can get it all set-up and run, I can contribute music and sfx and possibly voice-acting if I can ever get a good recording microphone, however, I am VERY picky about the art style of flash animations and generally prefer the much more stylized and well drawn animations.

Quite interested.. to voice act for this. Perhaps help with the special effects if the animators will be using CS4/3
