GSnap not playing nice...

Alright, so here's the deal. I wanted to have an autotune plugin for Audacity 1.3, so I downloaded the acclaimed GSnap program. (I have windows vista (inb4 "Vista sucks". I know it does. But it's all I have.)) I also downloaded the Audacity VST bridge. I extracted both programs into the Audacity 1.3 Plugin folder in prog files. However, GSnap is just plain not showing up under the effects bar. Some other ones I think i simul-downloaded (GVerb etc.) show up and are usable, but not GSnap. Anyone have a solution?

All I can think of, is make sure the ".dll" is extracted from the zip file into the right place.

Maybe try downloading it again. That's the only thing I can think of.
