Is this tutorial easy to understand?
Please don't get mad at me for posting this... I really need feedback.
Personally it'd be better if your capture software wasn't so zoomed in on the mouse, so you could see more of the screen and more of what's going on.
And maybe some annotations so people know what to do, rather than you just blasting through it.
Otherwise it's not bad.
I don't feel like watching that whole thing, but it bothers me that you got lazy with the text in the video, but not on the title. There's really no need to abbreviate things if you have all the time in the world to type it out.

Thanks... I will take this into consideration for the next tut.
ALL VIDEOS GO IN THE VIDEO THREAD.
Actually this is pretty good.

The video thread is for when you just want to share a funny video, and have nothing to discuss. This guy wants tips on how to improve his tutorials.

Thanks for coming to my defense. I knew this when I posted :)
As others have stated, the zoom on the mouse really takes away from the video, only use the zoom when you want to point out something, such as a certain button to press or a location of something.
Some things could of used more defining. Such as the part where you say "Then decide what color and other specifications you want.", you could of been more specific with what you meant by "other specifications".
Point out certain tools that you mention or are using. Like instead of saying "The image upload button is visible on the toolbar", show where the exact location of the image upload button is. I've read many tutorials that weren't clear on the location of tools or items in a program that they mention, and it's left me wasting time just trying to figure out where they are. Do this even if it's obvious to you.
Other then that it's a pretty straight forward and useful tutorial. I would however make sure for tutorial that you always spell check what you are typing, I do believe I only saw one error and it wasn't a big deal, it just adds a degree of professionalism to the tutorial.

Once again, I have uploaded a new video:
Not bad a tutorial, however like the others said, it would be better if you added captions in the video, fixed the typos, and lengthened the amount of time for the text -- I'm a fast reader, so it didn't matter much to me -- however, like I said before, why put the text in the video? Using youtube's captions would be much better as they're far easier to change and might not require you to upload the video again.

The new tutorial was not half bad, however I'd rate it a 2/5 as it seems as though you made that video in 2 minutes or so, as the video is chock full of images rather than your previous one with actual footage, and naming it index.html might not work if someone wants to upload a guestbook or something; he might name it index.html and that might overlap the existing homepage <index.html>.
Also, I understand that there are many better ones out there, but the ones I recommend are:

> webs.com - you might know about this.
