Introduction, First Post

Greetings,

I am TyredSoul. Like many of you, I am an aspiring writer of sorts. I try my hand at different things: short stories, flash fiction, plays, screenplays, storyboards, and novels. I've been writing essentially since I left school because the free time allowed me such an opportunity. I've finished a number of short stories, some of which have seen the light of day on the Internet, but have not been published. I've written one four hundred and eighty page novel that is just... just awful, and will never see the light of day. I'm about sixty thousand words into another that is hopefully better.

Anyway, I came here after lurking on Newgrounds for a couple of years and lurking on the Internet for the better part of a decade. I hope that this place, with its fine, upstanding (and best of all) literate group of people to talk with will help me keep on trucking a little better.

So, that being said, I'll pop in and out very occasionally, when I remember to sign in and check up. I'll lurk more often than anything, but I'm always willing to discuss topics of interest to aspiring writers.
