My mom actually got one of those and it does indeed look and smoke like a real cigarette. It has the flavor and nicotine that she wanted, but it doesn't have all the shit that gives you cancer.

"Virtually odorless" isn't good enough; places will still stop people from smoking those things. Also if someone sees another person using the electronic smoker, they might think it's a real cigarette and then they'll light up a real one for themselves.
