Non slurred speech and he talked about things like he was a philosopher. Definitely stoned. He even took the glass of water with like he had cottonmouth. I've been around my fair share of stoners so from my experience I say he was higher than the city of Denver.

I don't know what to put here.
It's a TV show about civil cases. Basically, both litigants agree to get a lump sum of 10 thousand dollars to split, and then according to her decision they either each get 5k or the money is divided differently in light of the finding of the case.
I don't know what he was on, but I don't think it was marijuana or alcohol. I do think it's funny that as a result of his inability to take things seriously neither of them got the money.
