The hand that became famous 2011-03-03 10:42:27 Reply

Last day I was on a critical boredom level, so I decided to burn out some time by doing what I didn't do for a long time: drawing stuffz.

I stared at the Paint icon, and it gazed back. "Oh yea? Well I'm going to click you!"
Every image below was made on Paint.

It was mostly a sketch at the beggining (as it should)

Anyhow, I started clearing some now unnecessary lines and made a self-perspective in which the hand is seen through a window or other glass-type surface. (with a weird track on the fingers)

I gave up the track idea >.>

At the end I made my signature, yay^^

Well, please do feel free to criticize, leave some tips or advises, etc.
Thank you for your time!

None of those links work.
Also, for the image included, the fingers are way too thin and feeble, and also seem rather short.

Hmm yes I was trying to put all the images in one post, but I guess I couldn't.
For the final product, the part that came out best, in my opinion, was the wrist and the arm part, not the hand itself

The first sketch was something like this:

I think you forgot to explain at what time the hand actually became famous...

It's just a title I gave to it.
It could have been something else, but since this one was my first thought, I decided to keep it.
And if you can't construct a useful and positive review about the style, lines, details to excel, you shouldn't post at all.

The proportions of the fingers are a little off, even if you were trying to point the palm upwards leaving the fingers in the back. Try reading this: http://www.anticz.com/handtut.htm . Like it says near the end, memorization of anatomy is important to learning how to draw super awesome realistic looking hands.

My advise is to not use MS Paint.
If you "don't want to spend money", download GIMP, or something like that.
