A guy in New York City was arrested for handing out brochures on the courthouse steps advocating for jury nullification.

Aside from the pure insanity of this guys, what do you think? Are his First Amendment rights being trampled? Should he be allowed to pass out the pamphlets on the courthouse steps? Somewhere else?

What are your thoughts on jury nullification as a whole?

Hmm. I don't know, maybe if Jury Duty wasn't forced, perhaps people could do it for a job when they're out of regular work.

Just a thought.

Also, I think he has every right to advocate for it, i'd say that definetly qualifies as both "Freedom of speech" and "Peaceful protest".
