First of all, every woman is different. Some women like shallow douchebags and other women like deep and meaningful people. It's just like how some men prefer stupid sluts and others prefer smart and substantial women.
Secondly, your question has a loophole. What about a guy with a good swag, a nice face, but who is paralyzed from the neck down? Or a guy with no arms? Since we're all making the assumption that women are shallow and pretentious, we might as well consider those possibilities also.

I can tell you this: girls like a guy with a good personality. That includes confidence. Confidence shows that you have a pair, and that you'd be willing to defend her if need be. I look for personality. I knew this one guy who was gorgeous as hell! Always came to class wearing the finest. Always talked about what he had. But he was dumb as hell.
