Opinions on the new redesign?

Now that the redesign is finally here again, what do you guys think about it? What about the chat?
I like it really, i just think the flash pages could have been changed a little bit. Other than that though it looks a lot better than the 2007 redesign and the layout before that.

This thread is humorous because there isn't anything redesigned. The site is the same as it was before it was down momentarily.
