Ask on FB, so people that, you know, live within 500 miles of you can play in your band.
You obviously know nothing about how bands work. You need more than a couple of guys who can play instruments. You need a group of people that play instruments WELL, and know how to get along and work together. They need to understand each other's styles and know how to mix and match them. It's not as simple as asking for guitarists on the Internet and getting famous in the next year.
Post samples in your Dumping Grounds and link us to them. If you're any good, I might be able to help you out.

Aside from the fact that you can't speak English, let me spell it out for you.
Make a status on Facebook, and you will find SOMEONE who likes the same music you do who will join your band. No one on Newgrounds knows or cares who you are, and likely does not live anywhere near you.
