We've got a channel with sucky movies.
They had a "Beauty and the Beast" retelling with a troll who slaughtered people, but it was awfully predictable and bland.
Also, a while ago a slasher movie where the killer was the father of this girl. In the end, a bitch friend of the girl was being threatened to be murdered and begged the girl to save her. then she began to insult that girl in front of the killer and sayiong mean things for no reason at all. That was just so bad that it made me sad.
I've seen quite a few sucky movies though.

High School Musical. I just watched because I think it was good, but it is a crap.

I agree with black, terrible movies are a great joy to me because they offer such entertainment.
But in response to your question, if I had to pick one movie that I considered to be terrible would be Pearl Harbor.
The reason it was a terrible movie was the fact they focused to much on romance..the action scenes were phenomenal though.
Epic Movie. By far the worst I've ever seen for obvious reasons.

I've had to sit through some of these T.V. movies on Disney Channel.
My god, those are horrible.
They are identical, so it doesn't really matter to name one.
