Are you a picky eater?
There are several levels of being picky:
Allergies: you get frightfully ill when eating certain foodstuff.
Dislike: you can't get yourself to swallow certain foods.
Not liking: You'd rather not eat it, although you can get to if you'd want it.
It's not your favourite: you can eat it without problems, but you'd rather have something else.
Everything's okay: you don't have problems with horrible tasting food.
I myself don't like foods like organ meat (liver/kidneys/brains/...), which make me sick when I taste it. This includes food like paté and so on. I dislike salmon, since it's hard to get that inside me (similarly herring). I don't dislike the taste of pesto, but that really makes me sick later on.
Overall, i am an adventurous eater, who likes to taste new stuff every once in a while. But I admit, I probably wouldn't try stuff like bugs or haggis and so on. But I like going to restaurants and try out special dishes. It's also not that easy to invite me over and serve me something I won't eat. That might be the case if you serve me organ meat, though.
some times but not all the times
I'll eat anything. I once ate raw beef on a bet once. As long as it doesn't pose a health risk I'll eat it.

I guess I'm a picky eater in that at any given time I have a different feeling to what will taste good. If I eat anything besides that I'm am extremely dissatisfied.
