The 8 year old didn't deserve that at all (that will fuck him up for life and make him useless) and that soldier is probably the type with a killer instinct that will get married and abuse and shoot his wife or something then get his own episode on some Crime investigation show lol.

Now the media is going to focus on the fact he was a soldier and that GTA was involved. Then they are going to focus on blaming the incident on those two facts.

And on another note, if anyone over the age of 14 deleted my GTA save file, I'd kick their ass.

I hope this case helps to enlighten people to the fact that all of soldiers are not selfless heroes.

I am disgusted by people who are making jokes about this. The child is eight years old, and he will never recover from this. He was beaten so bad that some of his internal organs burst. Even if doctors successfully replace his organs, the crippling physical and emotional damage from such a horrific beating will stay with him forever. There is no excuse for hurting a child like that.

I understand making inflammatory jokes is popular on the Internet, but that boy has been hurt so badly that no one should ever make a joke about it. I sincerely hope that none of you ever experience that level of suffering. I would never laugh if something like this happened to you or your loved ones.

The soldier might have been suffering from residual effects relating to his duties in the Army. That could be a legitimate cause for his violent assault on the boy.

The boy is 8 years old, so what you said here is irrelevant. I hope you're not implicitly trying to justify the soldier's actions, because that man is a monster for what he has done. If you're trying to defend any of the things that he did to that kid, then you're as much of a piece of shit as that guy is, truth be told.

It's just a fucking file on a trivial video game. A little boy's intestines were decimated, and now he will live a tortured existence. If I was in the service, I would not do anything at all. That would disgrace my country.

Sorry to double post, but I found this info from the article rather interesting:

The abuse was so severe, the source says, that the boy's intestines burst. He underwent over 60 surgeries that removed most of his digestive tract and pancreas, and he is currently hooked up to a machine that feeds him nutrients as well as disposes of his waste.

KSWO reports that Donadio was sentenced to 75 years in prison and must serve at least 85 percent of that before being eligible for parole.

60 surgeries and major organs being removed as a result of this beating...If you're still trying to justify this ex-soldier's actions, then you truly are a deplorable human being.

This guy being in the military had nothing to do with this incident. If I have seen anything with my life becoming so military oriented, is that when you're a dick before you enlist, afterwords that just makes you a dick with good aim.

None of us know this for a fact. Many people tend to become mentally unstable after going into the service and returning to civilian life. Perhaps this ex-soldier suffered from mental issues relating to combat.

I know lots of people who have been in combat. Some of them may have post traumatic stress, but never do they simply shit their mind out and kill an 8 year old.

obviously the reason here for why he did it was because hes an EX-SOLDIER meaning you went through WAR, i mean i know its wrong and all but war is fucked up shit and it takes a toll on a person's mental state, if you asked me he should of went to a mental institute or something to help him. Still unacceptable though.

War can mess with people, but that doesn't mean that this happened because he was in the service. If this had happened with a civilian, you would just say that the person is messed up in the head. He is a vet so you blame it on the military.

Im not blaming it on the military, im blaming it on war and you dont have to be in service to know its not a good thing, but still ive been told stories by my parents and etc how they're dads/friends/husbands/etc were like different people after they came back from war, its not like they're picking daises over there, sides i dont condone it anyway its horrible and yes he needs to be locked up but not in prison and asylum is better.
