Can someone please tell me how much the non-trial version of flash costs? And do i have to pay for it over time?

He linked you to the cheaper version. $179 is actually pretty reasonable for a program like that. There are no free versions of Flash, and if somebody is offering you a free version it's illegal.

If that's still too much, there are some free alternative programs that are sort of like Flash but obviously, being free, do not have the same capabilities.
