In a Douglas Adams - kind of way.
Many say that perfection is imperfect on it's own, at least humans do, the Jillbeasts of the Arthura system have all unanimously agreed that perfection is defined by how big your eyelids are, resulting in a trend amongst the population which quickly lead to their blind deaths.
Humans don't have a definition, because each human tries to find his own perfection.
Bob was sitting at his desk and looking at his cup of coffee, it was just standing there, but without the coffee, the coffee had already traveled to his stomach and was mercilessly tortured by Bob's bodily fluids.
But the cup kept annoying Bob, it was so useless, Bob always tried to find a good use for everything, he even saved his used toothbrushes hoping that someday they'd be useful, and he couldn't be less right, ten thousand years into the future, while digging in the ruins of the sity, 2 teenage boys of the age thirteen and fourteen found his stash of 101 brushes, they then sold the brushes for quite a lot of money and several years later they invested their wealth into a product that made females more confident about the shape of their breasts making men feel much safer when talking with the female kind.
He moved the cup, it stood perfect this time, complimenting the emptiness of the table, but then he looked at the ceiling as if he was trying to find something of interest there and then he picked up the cup to get another round of coffee, after all, in this way he didn't have to worry about placing his cup anymore, now he's have coffee, the cup would have use until he'd drink it again.
He returned to his place with a displeased look on his face, no coffee anymore, only tea...
and now you continue :P If you know Douglas Adams you'll be able to do it in the same style :P
