A pedophile was murdered in jail a few days ago. Some people are celebrating and acting as if it was a good thing. It's these same people you see up in arms whenever anyone is killed.

Surely they realise their hypocrisy. Or are americans just so fucktarded that they think murder is ok as long as its someone they dont like.

Well, normally when someone does bad shit like that I don't care if they live or die. I actually think people that are 100% proven to have committed a crime like that should be considered sub-human. They person who killed him needs to be jailed, but I don't feel sorry for they guy that got killed... I am actually kind of glad.

I myself don't feel like they should be executed. Not for any moral reason, but because the death penalty cost much more money than keeping someone in jail until they die and it doesn't deter crime. Thus, making it the similar to throwing money into the ocean.

The guy was in prison, yes. He was sentenced to serve x amount of years in prison. If the judge though he deserved death, he would have given him the death penalty.

Pedophiles are messed up, that's why. Comparing them to gays is a bad analogy. Gay people can have relationships that are consensual, healthy, and aside from not being able to produce a child naturally, pretty much normal.

Pedos on the other hand can't have a normal relationship. Children can't give consent. Children will grow up and become adults, now that pedo will go after another child, so pedo's aren't capable of having a long term relationship. Even if you tried to argue the pedo would stay in a relationship with someone after they've became an adult, if that was the case, why not just start with someone of legal age to begin with?

I don't think pedo's should be killed, but pedophiles are definitely people who need to be watched. A pedophile could be a great person in other areas of his life, but one slip up due to his pedophilia, and they ruin a kid's life.

People like to think of pedophillia as being unatural and sinful. But its pretty clear that people are naturally fine with it unless they have an over-bearing society to impose its wishes on them.

We learn and develop over the years to find that things like that our wrong. Back then they also didn't know that a childs brain and thought process wasn't fully functional until he or she is over 21 years old. Pedophilia is wrong because it is taking advantage of someone through force, or by taking advantage of someone with a decision making process that isn't fully matured.

I would actually like a link if available as I'm curious to know the pedophiles crime list. Maybe he really was a complete bastard raping many children, but he was where he deserved to be. The law is what we are taught to abide by. And the idea is when people commit crimes bad enough, they go to prison to serve time for that as punishment. So to me the most damaging thing of this story of murder into a prison. Whatever you want to say about the murder 'victim' it doesn't excuse the crime itself. Whoever commited the murder is a danger to everyone inside and out the prison and needs to be dealt with.

Now this really fucking pisses me of. Not all pedophiles are child molesters. Pedophile and child molester are not interchangeable words. It's like being gay, you don't choose to be a pedophile, just like no one chooses their fetishes. The only pedophiles that are a problem are the ones that act on those urges, the child molesters.
