Madness Collab!

I know it's a lil' too early for Madness Day, but the Madness Collab has started in it's beginnings!

Don't ask the following questions here:
Q: Is this a shoorts collab?
A: Yes.

Q2: Will it have more than 1 person(LAME!)?
A2: Yes.

Q3: Will it be lame or awesome?
A3: It depends on who joins and how good their flash skills are.

Q4: How many shorts are in the collab?
A4: 30.

Anyway, the rules are 2 spaces below.

Rules:
1.Sticks: Only with Madness Faces(not all the time)
2.Sprites: Nope.
3.Madness People: Yep.
4.Hank: HECK YES!
5.Crappy Skills: No way.
6. The fla.'s will go in Newgrounds dump, send me the link, and it'll be in the judgement, if you don't want a judgement for you're short, and you're in this collab, you're punishment:"You're kicked out of the collab."
7. If you know you're flash skills suck don't join this collab, if you do, you're flash will not pass anyway.
8. You can only 4 shorts per collaber. You get no punishment if you go over, i just won't let you, But, if you keep telling me stuff like that, you're Punishment:"You're Maximum shorts will go down by 1.
9. No Gore, only blood(call me crazy, but that's true!), too much blood counts as gore, and too much gore will lead you to not submitting even 1 short, cause i don't trust you with gore.
10. You have to judge yourself for you're flash to see if it's good enough to show me and will get in the collab.
11. You can do stopmotion(i'm doing that), but flash is recommended.
12. You're entry too the collab can't be to long, but i can't be too short either.
13. One piece of sex or nudity in this collab, and you have two punishments:"You're kicked out of the collab" and "You can't even submit even 1 short.
14. I will not let you be in any of my collabs for 5 years straight if you break all of the above(10x the punishment)!
15. Don't complain about me being the only one that doesn't pass judgement.
16. Obey all of these to get in the collab.

That's basically it for the collab so far, if anyone wants to join, speak up now before all the parts are full, every week, i will post the parts and who got in which part.

What a load of useless guff.
It doesn't even say anything about the document size, or the frame rate.

The collab rules say that only users with a 3.5+ batting average can organise a collab on these forums, to make sure the host is reliable and capable of putting together a decent Flash.
