I'm training my skin to go through things. Soon walls will pose no threat to me, and I can walk wherever I feel like walking. As long as I'm naked when I do so. Well I guess I wouldn't have to be naked at first, but my clothes would stay on the other side of the wall, so when I got through, I would be naked.

Maybe you're just being a moaner, but you should go to the doctor if you're in pain, especially is it's in your joints. If you're exercising with proper form you shouldn't be in that much pain. Being sore is one thing, but if it's unbearable you should double check to make sure you don't have real problem.

If you're not motivated to exercise then you shouldn't being going to the gym. It's just going to be a big waste of time if you're just going to half-ass everything because you don't feel like it's necessary. It's not for everyone, some people are happy not to work out and that's cool. Even so, I'd suggest finding a hobby that involves exercising that you do enjoy. You said you like riding your bike, maybe do that more often. Maybe you'd enjoy hiking. Hell, take up playing the drums, anything that has some kind of physical movement is good.
