How to draw in flash &

Click and drag a .wav or .mp3 into/onto the library.

If the Library isn't present, search for it in the "Window" tab next to "Help".

Create a frame on the timeline. Stay on that frame. Click and drag the sound FROM the library ONTO the stage. OR go to "File" and "Import" and search for your sound file to import.

Bam. Sound.

I'm guessing you just downloaded CS5, so this is the longer route of importing a sound. I remember in Flash 8 sound could be dragged directly to the stage.
