18 years old to upload games?

Hi everyone, this is my first post on NG. I've been coming here to listen to trance and ask artists' permission for using their songs in my games. Yeah, I make Flash games, and am actually finishing a sponsorship deal with mofunzone.com on my latest game. I think the time has com to actually upload my games to not just Kongregate, but to NG as well. But the license says I have to be 18, and I'm only 15. What should I do? Thanks :P

There shouldn't be any rule stating you need to be 18 to submit content, besides Tom (the developer and founder of the site) supports people your age and their "creativity." You should be fine.

75% of the flashes in the portal were uploaded by people younger than 18. The text is there for the sole purpose of preventing any possible lawsuits. As long as that clause is there, the site can say that the decision was made a third party and that they had no control over it.
