No. Usually gay means you'll only have sex with others of the same sex, and straight means you'll only have sex with the opposite sex. bi people can prefer one over the other, but as long as they want to still have sex with both men and women, they are bi.

Just because you find both genders sexually attractive doesn't mean you're going to seek out sex or be promiscuous more than someone who is gay or straight. It also doesn't mean that you find every person from both genders attractive or that you would sleep with anyone from both genders. Sure, there are probably some people like that out there, but that is not the case for the majority of people. Thinking otherwise is honestly pretty uneducated.
