No I fucking hate it and I hate not being able to get back to sleep after that.

Personally, I dislike waking up early as it seems to make time pass slower.

"Damn, it's only 11:30?"
Though, waking up early is the thing to do when shit needs doing.
sure, except i dont care what time i wake up. sometimes i sleep all night, sometimes i sleep all day
i like being up at night considering i live on a busy street that is more quiet at night
i do not buy into having the sun's posistion and the health effects associated with nocturnal lifestyle dictate my blah blah
Yeah. I tend to get the best rest when I start my day early. I woke up at around 4:50 and I KNOW I'm going to fall right to sleep at midnight tonight and repeat. Feels good.

I can't explain it but I just get more shit done if I sleep early and get up early.
I'm aup at 6am most weekdays, but that's not through choice. On weekends I like to be awake by about 9 or 10. When I wake up later on it feels like I've thrown most of the day away. It's not such a great feeling.

I hate getting up early, but I have to do this, everyday. Oh, shit!
It's not about the destination.
It's about the journey.
Technically whenever the sun rises is the best time to wake up. It's the way we have evolved to work. We should also go to sleep whenever the sun goes down. So really like 95% of the world is suffering from sleep deprivation on a daily basis.
If I wake up before my alarm goes off, I'll be energetic and awake all day, but if my alarm wakes me, it takes me hours to wake up properly.
Fucking school, I hate it just because it starts early.
Fuck waking up at 6, I want to sleep some more.
I prefer to wake up naturally, regardless of what time it is. I work nights so I usually wake up around 4 or 5 PM and then stay awake until it's time to go to work. I hate being woken up by alarm clocks because I always had trouble sleeping at night. Weirdly I find it easier to sleep during the day and get up in the evening, I have no idea why. The only downside to this is that through this winter season I'm getting a serious lack of natural light and therefore a serious lack of vitamin D, and it's not doing me any good. But I'll get through it.
Rig, I've been getting up at 4.15-4.30 5 mornings a week for 3 years. I've never felt refreshed from it. It's too early for anyone to be getting up.

If I wasn't incredibly tired at that time then I would, like when I go on holiday or on School trips and have to wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning, I love to be outside at that time, if it isn't too cold and the sun is rising. It feels so peaceful and calm.

I'll elaborate: I prefer to wake up gradually, rather than being awoken by an alarm clock. Make sense? The actual time of day doesn't really matter. If I'm woken up by an alarm I'm automatically in a shit mood for the rest of the day.

I absolutely hate mornings. I struggle to get up at 8am on school days, and on weekends I usually get up at around 1pm.
well if you like to somehow distuinguish what we do as "natural" or not, im sure scheduling a noise is seen in nature, like humans

Have you tried going to bed earlier? I feel that it doesn't matter what time I wake up as long as I get around 8 hours of sleep.
I fucking hate waking up early because I have insomnia, by the time i actually go to sleep i have to go to fucking school. But as a child i use to love waking up early, because there was something to look forward to...morning cartoons...video games all day. Now...nothing is worth it, even whilst wide awake i just stay on the bed because i know if i get up I'm gonna be bored out of my mind.

Count me in, I really love waking up early, it really does make me feel refreshed than waking up at 8 or later
it depends on what time you get on sleep, though
Been waking up at 6 for the past 5 months.... zzz.
4-5? The fuck is wrong with you?
8, however, feels like me blowing my load into the world for another day of adventure!
Not only do I not know what's going on, I wouldn't know what to do about it if I did.
I usually get up around 8-10 on weekends and 5 on weekdays.

I dislike the idea of going to bed by 8pm. I've survived now on 5-6 hours sleep each night for a long time. I may not be refreshed in the mornings exactly but that is what days off are for.
Normally I don't like waking up early but there is a special technique that I use to get up early.
Basically you need to only go to sleep when you are TIRED then set your alarm clock so you wake up early in the morning at a set time, yes you will be tired as fuck but you MUST force yourself to slog through the day then you'll be so tired you'll go to sleep earlier that night and then you'll wake up early the next morning and not be as tired. Cutting off excessive amounts of sugar and excercising or going out helps too.
The technique works well but after awhile you can slowly slip out of the schedule which is why it's important to keep waking up at the set time.
