Graham Short etched the motto "Nothing is impossible" which measures just a tenth of a millimetre.
The letters are invisible to the naked eye, and can only be read with a medical microscope at 400 times magnification.
He was only able to work at night, when traffic vibrations are at a minimum, with his right arm bound to the arm of his chair with a luggage strap to minimise unwanted movement. He uses a stethoscope to monitor his heart, attempting a stroke of the letter only between beats, when his body is perfectly still. He swims 10,000 metres a day and can slow his heart rate to 30 beats a minute.
He worked from midnight to 5.30am most nights of the week, for seven months on his razor blade. On a good night he'd manage three minuscule letters.
Hooooleeee crap. I'd be happy with myself if I could just do the swimming thing.
Wow. What's wrong with that guy?
Animator/Artist for hire.
....woah. I just can not fathom such ability.
CAREFREE WHEREVER I MAY BE
That is wicked, it should be in a museum. I saw a report once about people who created microscopic statues by engraving into the point of a freshly-sharpened pencil, but this takes it to the next level.
The Wilkinson?s Sword blade is now available to buy, with a £47,500 price tag
Oh.
Animator/Artist for hire.
How the hell? That is amazing and somewhat inspiring. I am totally confused and am afraid my brain will explode any sec-
That guy is definitely obsessed. He's crazy, but then he's awesome.

Oh.
It is almost worth as much as a football player.
CAREFREE WHEREVER I MAY BE
I want him to make minuscule porn.
And I thought razor blades were too damn expensive already.
Spending so much time to do something that won't be visible to the naked eye anyway.
Tick Tock

Oh.
I wouldn't want to shave with it now though - that would just cause too much damage to my face.
You blunted a razor. Good job, mate!
Some of us might mock him but in reality we'll never even come close to doing something as astonishing as this man has.
He got his pet Tick to do it, they're highly trainable
What an awesome thing, I'd totally buy that. Not for the price listed, however I would if I had the money. Hell, he should be proud of himself.
Yeah, whatever.

How much would that bullet sell for!? :P

That contradicts with the statement "Nothing is impossible".
Pretty interesting. Bookmarked!

Hi Guys,
I've come on here to give you an update. The razor blade sold for £47,500 at an art gallery in England. It was available to the public for just two hours. The bullet with the 2nd Amendment engraved within the indentation made by the firing pin also sold straight away - for £25,000. When working on the razor blade I cut my fingers badly and they became infected. I had to rest for two or three days, several times throughout the seven months, to allow them to heal. I used to spray the blade with disinfectant. To be honest, working after midnight, wearing a stethoscope to monitor my own heart beat, with my arm strapped to the bench allowing only my finger tips to move, is quite the most ridiculous thing to do. Some people think I'm mad. I tend to agree with them!!

Imagine how many times he screwed up. That kind of dedication takes a hell of a lot of practice.
