i wonder if it is illegal to look at 16 year old girls online if your supposed to be 18 years or older but arent, and are now looking at illegal material that your not legal enough to look at. is that a double whammy? im only wondering cause my friend was caught looking at Amanda Bines porn by his parents. it was funny as hell.

The chances that Ms. Bines would throw away her career so early with compromising, nude, illegal pictures are slim to none.

im sure they wenrt real pics of her, seeing how that illegal to do it that young, plus im sure she wouldnt just give her career up to be in a porn flick and make probaly 1/1000 of what she makes now, and thats if she would be lucky

It never strikes me to see anyone younger than 16 have sex in the U.S anymore. I mean if you ever seen those Talk shows where the kids are like 7 -12 having sex and the oldest is like 14. The first time i had to admit i was shocked but now its like nothing new, i cant believe it still but i know it happens and personally i think its wrong, they need to grow up alil and know what there doing before they rush themselves into something there not ready for feel me?

The law states "It is unlawful for any male to partake in sexual acts with any female under the age of consent" Basically me having sex with my girlfriend is statutory rape. If she was my age it would be just sex. The wording of the law basically makes it that if im 17 and my girlfriends 19 its fine but if its the other way around im a sex offender. Its lame but whatever its there for reasons. If your ages are within 3 years its a misdemeanor if its after 3 years its a felony.

i think sex is something normal that like everything you have people to both extremes. Some people have sex at ten which is not right. some peop\le never ever have sex, which is unusual. i think the major issue with it is that our country losses its mind anytime something sexual is shown or talked about. In Germany they have soap commericals with women frequently naked waist up and no one cares. They also have porn on PUBLIC tv after 10 on weekends, but does anyone hear of extreme cases in Germany all that much? no because people are not curious as to why it is so strictly guarded.

What it should be is 18 with a 2 year grace period, that means someone who is 16 could have sex with someone who is 18, and someoen who is 19 could have sex with someone 17. The main reason is i always consider 16-19 roughly the same group, and alot of surveys and chatroom's i've been into also classify age groups as 16-19 so its not just my personal opinion others believe the same.

why dont we just put shock collers children who are under a certain age so if they try and have sex they get a shock. lets say 16 for arguments sake and if anyone whos not related to the child will aslo be shocked! or you could just set it to shock everyone

Me and my girlfriend arent to far apart in age. Shes only a couple months from her 18th bday. And we plan on getting married. If her parents found out I would be a sex offender. So I would have to register as a sex offender because I had sex with someone who i married. I think it should be called something else because rapes a really strong word and most of the time its not.

no kidding. especialy when the testify you being innocent, and they either agreeing or it being their idea, a guy still gets in trouble.

How long have you been dating this girl? How mature is she? You may want to hold off the wedding a while. Females tend to change by the time they hit somewhere between the ages of 20 and 25.

it's really weird seeing kids engaged in high school. There's a pregnant girl in my Spanish class and she's only in 11th grade, and she's engaged. In my AP government class, there's a girl who is actually married. But that's because of the middle eastern culture she has. I just don't think people are mature enough to make a life long decision like that when they're not even a legal adult yet.

usualy at that age its a "love" or "emotional" thing. but its not illegal to be married if your in highschool, as long as you're 18 or older (In America atleast) but i think you can be legal ingaged at any age as far as i know. because i think thats a status, then when it comes to marrige then i think the law is involved.

shes like 16 now and i think she is kinda cute but i agree, my friend is a 15 year old kid with bad add. he skips off the walls quite often.

well all that shit is always weak. and haromine, or however the hell you spell it. but she is a lot older, because they are making a Harry Potter movie every year :S. Poor people, they have no lives at all.
