I only use the term newfag when a new user is acting like they've been on the site for a while, i.e., a user who signed up two months ago calling a user who signed up one month ago a noob. I would call the first user a newfag, for acting like he wasn't a noob.

Remind that we need initiation rites.

Any newbie has to post a picture of himself wearing womens underwear with a cutout asshole while Newgrounds is clearly tattooed on a butt cheek at a police station.

Only then, they'll have proven their worth.

Meh, if they are going to be retarded and submit shit like, "alsdfjwer" and all it is is a stick figure standing there flashing between black and white, or worse, then they should just be banned for being immature. Sign up dates shouldn't have anything to do with it, but maturity in appropriate situations.
Oh, and proper spelling (some grammar I can tolerate) would be a plus too.

We have our own naming systems, we call them by their sign-up date. 11ers, tenors, 09ers, 08ers, 07ers, the greatest generation, 05ers, etc.

In my books everyone is shit until proven otherwise, it's an efficient system though does leave me with a rather pessimistic attitude to almost everyone.

The term "newfag" is associated with 4chan, not Newgrounds. It is a bannable offence, as you are using a homophobic term.

Just call them n00bs, which you once were.
