Like, if I magic wand a white section in the line art and fill it in on a different layer, there is a thin barrier of white between the color and the line art. What can I do to get rid of that?
Also, criticism, please :3

Don't use the paint bucket for fills, use the brush.
Magic wand the area you want, go up to select>modify>expand by 1, then fill.
As for the pic, his left arm is really wonky and the pose seems really impractical, looks more like he's falling than throwing something.
Yeah, I'm doing the coloring from a cell-shading tut since this is my first colored drawing, it mentioned to use the paint bucket, but I could probably get it neater if I used the brush.

Yeah, I tried to make it look like it was behind him but his shoulder's a bit high, now that you mention it. And as for the pose, you're right, he's sort of leaning a bit too much, as for the leg being curled in and the arm being extended, I tried to imitate a baseball pose. What I'm really worried about though is the coloring of the fire, I sort of just "guessed" there, in both the coloring and the shape

This. If you are ever doing a complicated pose, or you simply aren't sure, try to act it out. Imagine you are holding the molotov in your right hand and aiming and throwing.
Yes, I mean it.
Do it now.

Now that we all know you stood up like an idiot and did it, tell me: where was your balance centered? More importantly, what foot were you using to support yourself?
I too stood up like an idiot and threw my imaginary molotov into my brother's bedroom. And, when I "threw" it with my right hand, I balanced on my left foot. Especially with the way your character is leaning, he would topple right over on his current leg.
Also, the hand is extremely long; you might wanna shorten that up.
Actually, just fix up the whole arm. The anatomy is really weird.
I dont get you guys... hes OBVIOUSLY throwing the cocktail at something hes running away from...

Good call.
I actually really like the pose, its got a lot of energy and movement. The hand looks a little awkward. Just need to clean things up a bit.
For coloring, have one later that is all linework. Select parts (determined by their color) of it with the magic wand tool, expand the selection by 1 or 2 pixels, and go to your color layer. Fill the selection in this layer, which should be under the line art. and that'll do it! : )
