As far as the others, Mega64 has the best channel on YouTube. They're the best at internet comedy.

It's hard to say because I have literally over 100 subscriptions, but I think the best person on YouTube for me would have to be Smosh. Did you know that they actually started out by submitting stuff to this very website? Just go to smosh.newgrounds.com and you can even find the pokemon theme music video that was taken down from their YouTube account! I would think it would be more popular here, you know.
