Hai guys.
How's that HANDEGG working out for y'all then?
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.
This year's commercials sucked. Bud Light and Doritos had, like, half the adspace and they didn't do anything with it that you wouldn't see in an ordinary TV ad, and the Pepsi Max commercials were insultingly stupid.
The only ones I liked were the little Darth Vader one and that weird one with the old rich people and Kenny G. As for the movie trailers, Cowboys and Aliens, Super 8, Captain America, and Rango looked cool, I guess.

I completely agree, best Superbowl commercial ever.
Like the game itself, the commercials were mostly hit and miss.
The Bud Light and Doritos commercials were pretty good, but really nothing to write to home about. I kind of figured with a lot of the air time they got, they would have made something off the wall and creative, but it's mostly the same stuff we have seen in past Super Bowls.
The Pepsi Max commercials on the other hand, was sloppy and just plain stupid. In the first one, I wanted to slap the crap out of that woman who kept taking food out of the guys hands, and then nailed someone who sat on the bench beside them. The one with the nerd who fired the Pepsi cans at a blowhard was okay at best, only got a few chuckles out of that one, and the last one was predictably boring and cheesy.
As for the movie commercials, some of them piqued my interest like Captain America, Cowboys and Aliens, Transformers and even Super 8. I think there was also one for something called Battle L.A., but I didn't see that one, so I really couldn't say whether it was good or not.
Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.
The general consensus from my chums was that the commercials overall were stupid, but at least one of them found them the kind of stupid to laugh at. One of my friend has high hopes for Cowboys vs. Aliens but considering it's being done by the same people who did Terminator 3 yeeeeeah...
There is no Mercy, only DoDonPachi
That had to be my favorite commercial.
I feel pretty, oh so pretty!

LINK BROKE. Sorry. Just go on youtube and search, "Darth vader superbowl commercial." it should pop up, and say "Volkswagon-use the force!"

That is the cutest advert I've seen I think. I just loved it.
I can't believe no one mentioned the Skechers commercial yet.

Thing is, it costs millions of dollars for someone to advertise during the Superbowl, what with the shitton of viewers, so they do their best to make their commercial as interesting as they can imagine. We ain't brainwashed hon.
To accept that admit of commercials during one event I'd call it brainwashing, no matter how good the commercials might be. It's still just commercials and not the event you're attempting to watch.
The Doritos commercial where the man's grandfather gets revived was awesome.

It's not really as if you get a choice though. Besides, there a part of the Superbowl culture.
Would X Factor or Who Wants To Be A Millionaire be the same if it weren't for the "find out after the break"? No. They'e part of the dynamic of television.
Talkers are doing something. Beauties are being something. Which isn't bad, I just I don't know what it is they're being. It's more fun to be with people who are doing things.

Well that example is terrible because it's just a 30 seconds or 1 minute segment right before a routine advert break. It's not like 5 minutes of football then break, 5 minutes of football break. Repeat.

The superbowl commercials are generally the funniest of the year. Which is why we look forward to them so much. The action in the sports, and then the comedy in the breaks.

I thought the best one is when Flozell Adams was crying like a little girl.
It was awesome!
