Think about it, the ugly girls wouldn't be having babies as much, cause they wouldn't have make-up to make them look nice and get them laid. Only the naturally attractive women would be getting any (or at least as much) and they would pass on their good-looks genes.

Actually, like 75% of the time, I'd prefer an ugly girl without make up over a pretty girl with make up. Going somewhere without putting up layers of make up shows you are convinced there is a ray of prettiness in yourself and if you can show that, you become twice as pretty.

Subtle amounts of makeup that builds upon pre-existing natural beauty is fine, ugly girls lagged in makeup is quite disgusting, especially if it's fake tan.
However, if you got rid of makeup entirely, it'd probably be easier to get a girlfriend, but harder to find good porn. I'm more than shallow enough to say fuck it, give me the porn.

Yeah it is. I know a girl that feels the need to cover up every tiny little pimple (like ones nobody would even notice unless they were looking).

A lot of ugly men would love that luxury. Some do wear makeup, but most don't.
While I suppose your theory would make sense one way, what you're not considering is there is a tier of "attractiveness," and it makes very much sense for it to exist.
Say, if all women born were not ugly in any way, people would still categorize some as being "uglier" than others, even if their difference in looks is so minuscule. Plus, different people consider different things attractive about a person. Then you have to consider that there are plenty of unattractive people who have developed wonderful personalities to make up for their shortcomings appearance-wise. Would it really be worth it to lose such an awesome person, just because they aren't as attractive?
Then you have uglier men, who tend to be attracted to and mate with uglier women because the more attractive women are out of their league. These men would likely not be with a woman if it weren't for uglier women existing.
Breeding out ugly people doesn't make sense, plus, you can't be sure things would necessarily work that way. Genetics doesn't always "play fair", so to speak. Let the ugly people breed with the ugly people, and the pretty people breed with the pretty people.
