Ng User Image Replaced With Porn?

This is probably one of the most hilarious google chrome cache glitches that I have ever seen. I was on lu.scio.us the other day just looking at hentai, and then I went to bed. The next day I surfed Newgrounds like I usually do, but noticed something a bit... odd about my fellow user's, SBB, level icon. His level icon was replaced with the icon of a hentai manga I looked at earlier.

Chrome is fast, but it's cache system is buggy.
Pages that I visit regularly load extremely fast, but those of sites I almost never visit take forever.
