Not counting dozens upon dozens of 1-5 hour electronic sets ranging from dubstep to prog-house to infected mushroom (the five hour one is Infected Mushroom and Shpongle [although there's like NO Shpongle] live at DNA lounge), and I have like 20-30 Buddha bomb sets ranging from 30 minutes at the low end, averaging 1:15 and going as long as 3 parts at 1:30 each.

But not counting them I'd say the song 31:30 by Atavist. They titled all of the songs on one album by their length.
