Newgrounds vs Kongregate

Apparently according to some polls on the internet Newgrounds is declining on search while Kongregate is on the uprise. Honestly I was originally from Kongregate and had a pretty high ranking account, but I switched because I like newgrounds a heck alot better.
Cons: I mean at Kongregate they flag your reviews if you use a single curse word in chat or in a review (your freedoms are really constricted) or even say you dislike a popular game, the users act really immature, you have to buy Kreds to play some games, they don't have flash submission, and leveling up doesn't give you more power as it does here (unless they mod you)
Pros: Kong does have a pretty cool friend system, chat system there is easily accessible, and supposedly they are in union with gamestop and raffle off free video games and consoles (I think it's a scam but who knows) like once a month.

I beleive Newgrounds is better and will make a comeback, but what's your opinion?

I might actually check out Kongregate now that it has been mentioned. There's probably a lot less spam.

I find myself avoiding the flash portal a lot due to the amount of spam that comes in every single day. It discourages me from checking out the rest.

really the only thing that newgrounds has on kongregate is that the forums are slightly better, audio/art portals, and flash movies are allowed alongside games

if you just want to play games (like i'm assuming most visitors to this site are) then kongregate is actually far superior

Kongregate takes only good stuff.

Newgrounds community is generally older and more mature than kongregate.

Yes I think Kongregate is with Gamestop. I was at GS getting my Pre ordered Fallout NewVegas Collector's Edition or atleast I thought I was until I hear those fucks sold it to some other bastard. That's another story all together. Any who the TV there was reviewing free flash games and mentioned a game which was originally on NG and wound up on Kongregate.
